Hi, I’m Kasia

For most of my life, I didn't have the words for the way my brain worked. I just knew things felt harder than they seemed to for everyone else. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and like a lot of late-diagnosed people, that came with a complicated mix of relief, grief, and a lot of reframing.

Looking back, the clues were everywhere. I've run more than 250 marathons and ultra-marathons. Something that may have looked like discipline from the outside, was really self-medication.

Along the way I navigated eating disorders, imposter syndrome, rejection sensitivity and the hormonal turbulence of perimenopause.

I became a coach because I wanted to offer something I didn't have: someone in your corner who genuinely gets it. Not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself more clearly, and build a life that actually fits.

I'll bring honesty, warmth and no pretence. You bring whatever you're carrying.

My Approach

You're not broken, and we're not here to fix you.

We work at your pace, with curiosity and without judgment.

You can say the thing you've never said out loud. You don't have to know the answers, name your emotions, or have it all figured out. You can change direction halfway through a session.

You're welcome here whether you have a formal diagnosis or are still figuring things out, whether you're 16 or 60, and whether you arrive exhausted from years of masking or just beginning to ask questions about yourself.

The goal isn't a better version of you. It's a more you version of you.
